When you arrive you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Umbria. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. La Collina degli Ulivi, COTONEASTER is a flat consisting of a dining room with kitchenette and sofa, fireplace, bathroom and 2 double bedroom for a total of 4 +1 beds. One double bedroom can be accessed via a steep staircase to a small, low loft with an additional single bed.
A typical restored farmhouse from the end of the 19th century nestling on a hillside. It consists of 4 flats for holiday rentals. Meals are not provided, but the use of the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils is available. Flat COTONEASTER equipment: bed linen (first set), bathroom (first set), and hairdryer provided. The property offers a lovely shared wooden swimming pool and free parking. (Fridge- Sitting area- Toilet- Bathroom- Heating- Flat screen TV- Free Wifi.
