The holiday homes EVANGELIA are on the outskirts of Nikiti, on a large well-tended lawn and garden property with palm trees. The small property consists of 3 terraced houses in a row and a two-storey house with 3 apartments. The two-storey house with the 3 apartments is about 10-15 m away from the terraced houses. The apartment on the first floor is being used as a holiday home by the german speaking owner family. Two adjacent apartments are on the ground floor with individual entrances on the side of the building. The holiday apartments are simply and functionally furnished. There is direct access from the kitchen to a covered patio and the garden. One level up (approx. 5 steps) there is the bedroom with direct access to a small rear balcony and the bathroom. One level down from the kitchen (approx. 5 steps) there is the second bedroom. At the other end of the garden property there is a covered seating area with sea view and a BBQ for the common use of all guests. A sandbox for children is next to the house.
