This fantastic apartment is located in the privileged urbanization Montemar’s Garden. It offers a community jacuzzi and 3 swimming pools, one of them is indoor. The apartment location is halfway between Benissa and Moraira, being 12’ minutes’ drive into the centre of Moraira as Benissa.
The apartment is located in front of the swimming pool and is distributed on one floor. On the left-hand side, you will find the kitchen completely equipped with all the cookware utensils and high-quality appliances: double fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc.
The bright lounge/dining room has large bay windows offering direct access to the covered terrace and is equipped with Sat-TV and Wi-fi.
Right after the kitchen, the first bedroom is located, with 2 beds of 90. Next to it, the guest bathroom with shower.
On the right side of the kitchen are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the left of the corridor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with beds of 150 and direct access to the terrace. On the left side of the corridor, we find first a room designed for the little ones with bunk beds, followed by a large bathroom and a bedroom with a bed of 90 and a desk.
At the end of the corridor, you will find the main bedroom with a bed of 150 and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom has also access to the terrace and the garden.
The terrace is fully furnished with several seating areas, dining area and barbecue. It also offers direct access to the community garden and pool.
IMPORTANT:
Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.
No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.
Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.
Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.
