This traditional rustic two-storey house is situated in the countryside, just a 10 minute drive from the city of Inca which offers plenty of shopping areas and where you can find good factories and shops selling leather and shoes. On the other hand, it is 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach C'an Picafort.
The property
consists of three bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has en suite bathroom and there are two more bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area leads to a very comfortable living room with Wifi, TV and DVD player.
From the kitchen there is also access to a large terrace with a beautiful view of orange groves, adjacent villages and even the Tramuntana mountain range. On the terrace you will find a practical stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dishes, and you will be able to enjoy eating with wonderful views.
Next to the barbecue area and terraces, a saltwater pool and loungers for fun and enjoy the hot summer days with friends or family.
It is a perfect place to spend a good holiday.
