This exclusive holiday villa is located in the picturesque coastal village of Zatoglav, approximately 5 km from Rogoznica. It is 13 km from the centre of Primošten and 25 km from the centre of Trogir. The three-storey holiday villa boasts a generous living space of 280 m². It features four bedrooms, four stylish bathrooms (two of which are ensuite), a separate guest toilet, two living-/dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens.
On the lower ground floor you find one bedroom with a 180 x 210 cm double bed, a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom (all four bathrooms in the villa are equipped with a walk in rain shower, wash basins and toilet). The kitchen offers two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a dining table with eight chairs. The seperate guest toilet provides additional comfort. This floor exits to a sunny terrace.
The 36 m2 living room on the first floor has an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. There is an open plan kitchen (34 m²) which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine and a dining table with eight chairs. There also is a shower bathroom. From here you have direct access to the generous sun terrace and infinity pool.
The upper floor expects you with the remaining three bedrooms: One bedroom has a 180 x 210 cm double bed, a satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and its own ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two 90 x 210 cm single beds, a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. They share the fourth bathroom with a walk in rain shower. There is an exit to a terrace.
Facilities include: a safe, a children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, billiard table, washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi internet is also available free of charge.
There is a shop approximately 4 km away, restaurants you'll find 5 km away. The rocky beach and a concrete beach are literally just 10 m away from your holiday villa.
The 580 m² outside area boast a beautiful infinity pool: The swimming pool is angular and complete with internal staircase. It measures 8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm (open from 30.04.-01.10.). It can be illuminated at night. There also is an outdoor shower, a sun terrace (130 m2), garden furniture (10 deck chairs) and a barbecue. You can enjoy marvellous views of the sea from the infinity pool.
Parking (for 4 cars) is available right in front of the designer villa on the enclosed premises.
