Your holiday apartment offers a cosy home away from home in a top location at the heart of Inzell. It is in the Berchtesgadener Land, 2km from Inzell and 10km from the motorway A8. It is in a quiet but central location.

A balcony with a view of the Chiemgau Alps invites you to have breakfast outdoors in summer and have leisurely chats. The balcony has a table and four garden chairs. There are parking spaces right by the house or in the underground garage.

The two-room 55m² apartment for four people has a bedroom, a kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, as well as a dining corner and a living room-bedroom with a sitting corner with a sofa, cable TV. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided at no additional charge. Free Wi-Fi and heating are available. A child’s bed can be provided. You can find a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. Electricity, water, heating, tea towels, table linen and rubbish disposal are included.

Hiking and cycling paths, as well as cross-country skiing trails start right in front of the apartment. The Inzell ice rink is 2km away. It is a 20-minute drive to Chiemsee or the Austrian border to Salzburg. 0.7lkm to Badepark Inzell See, 1.5km Falkenstein Berg, 2km Gamsknogel Berg, and Kienberg, 3km to Kessel-Lifte and Alm Inzell ski lift, 15km to Winklmoos/Steinplatte ski resort, 25km Cheimsee, 40km Königsee.

Arrivals: 16.00-18.00, departures by 10.00. The keys are handed over personally or via a key safe with a code.

    “Sehr schöne, niedliche Wohnung.
    Etwas schwer zu finden, aber die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr sehr nett!!

    Einziges Manko ist die Pizzeria die sich im Erdgeschoss befindet,das Treppenhaus riecht immer danach!

    Würden immer wieder kommen”
