This cosy three bedroom holiday apartment is situated in the charming medieval village of Grimaud. The village is a wonderful example of a typical Provencal village, with winding, flower-filled streets, interesting medieval architecture and breathtaking views of the picturesque surroundings. It is a wonderful base from which to explore the French Riviera, with the bustling town of Saint Tropez just 13km away. The family friendly seaside town of Sainte Maxime, with its beautiful beach, is just 14km away. Further inland, the stunning Verdon Gorge awaits you, roughly a 2 hour drive away. The apartment sports a simple decor, with three bedrooms, a cosy living area and kitchen. Please note, the homeowner lives in the same compound.

    “Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und die Besitzerin sehr nett. Sie ist hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Abrechnung am Schluss (wir mussten noch die Wasserkosten begleichen) verlief absolut problemlos. Es ist reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Lediglich ein großer Topf und eine große Pfanne fehlen. Leider war die Anfahrtsbeschreibung nicht so präzise. Jedenfalls sind wir erst viermal am Haus vorbeigefahren, bevor uns eine Einheimische den Weg erklärte. Unbedingt notwendig ist meiner Meinung nach, dass man wenigstens minimal französisch spricht. Sonst wird die Verständigung mit der Besitzerin wirklich schwierig.”

    “Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend; müsste aber wohl einmal einer "Überarbeitung" unterzogen werden, da sich einige Gäste wohl nicht wie "Zuhause" benahmen. Das sich im Haus zwar ein TV-Gerät befand, war gut, jedoch hätte uns eine Satellitenanlage näher an die Zivilisation gebracht, wenn wir abends kurz die Nachrichten sehen wollten, zwar kein Beinbruch, aber wohl (kostenmäßig) machbar, oder?”
