Beautiful big holiday house for 12 people in the sun-blessed village Mariapfarr in the Salzburger Land, Obertauern
The stand-alone holiday house enjoys a lovely quiet location near Obertauern.
The 8-room house of 320m² is on three floors and is comfortably furnished. It has a big 35m² living room with satellite TV, a radio, a DVD player and a fireplace stove, as well as access to the balcony. A playroom, sauna, washing machine, dryer and free Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen is equipped with four cooking rings, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and grill, as well as a dining table for 12 people. The first floor comprises four double bedrooms, four showers, three WCs. All the rooms have a lovely sunny balcony. Two supplementary beds for children are available for rooms 1 and 4 on request. The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen (four cooking rings, an oven), a bathroom and WC. All the beds are already made on arrival. Towels are provided.
The big 500m² fenced garden has a 50m² sitting area, terrace furniture, deckchairs, a sandpit, trampoline and children’s swing and a grill area. There are six parking spaces in front of the house. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains.
The Lungau biosphere reserve offers nature, hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The range of choices for a fabulous holiday is wide. Apart from adrenaline sports such as paragliding, rafting or climbing, which will get your pulse rate up, you can also enjoy leisurely fitness such as golf, walking, fun mountain biking or skiing in winter, in pristine nature. There is a climbing park with a swimming pond. At the end of the Weißpriach valley in the Lungau there is the picturesque Wirpitschsee. The Longa flows down in the valley in the direction of Taurach. Salzburgers have voted this place as the most beautiful in the Salzburgerland. You can hike from the mountain lake into the valley.
