Beautiful holiday home by the sea, just 4 km from San Vito lo Capo in Sicily, in an area of unspoiled nature and rich in Mediterranean vegetation. From the house you have a beautiful panorama view of the sea and the rocks. The accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a living / dining room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for a beach holiday with the family. With access to a partial covered terrace equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue, here you can eat outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The children can play outside, they can find a slide and a swing. There is parking on the property. Some distances: San Vito lo Capo (4 km) with shops, equipped beaches, surf and sail rental, Erice (45 km) with its Castello di Venere and the cathedral, Trapani (55 km) with the Museum of the Saline and the Palazzo Senatorio. Do not miss a trip to the Zingaro Nature Reserve (6 km), where you will find a wonderfully isolated area, with no roads and houses, and a beautiful unspoilt section of the sea, in contrast to the vegetation.

    “Das Haus ist zwar schön und ruhig gelegen, aber..... das ist leider schon Alles.
    Die tui Beschreibung stimmt nur teilweise. Als langjährige tui Kunde sind wir wirklich enttäuscht.
    Die Küche wurde erst von uns gereinigt, das Bad (eng und "verbrauch") riech muffig. Die Dusche spritzte vor sich hin, die "Duschkabine" ist sehr eng und mit einem Folienvorhang ausgestattet die sofort an Körper klebte... Waschbeckenhahn funktionieren nicht. Der zuständige Novasol - Vertreter schickte uns zwar einen Hausmeister, versuchte jedoch vorher alles als "Normal" zu erklären. Nach einer Diskussion wurden die Kopfdusche und kaputte Dichtung ersetzt.
    Vorher bestellten Bettlaken sind voll mit Flecken und nicht gerade sauber von uns zurückgebracht. Auch hier hörten wir wieder "Normal"....
    Wir haben uns gefragt ob man das Alles nicht vorher kontrollieren sollte????
    Auf ständige Strom- und Wasser-ausfälle sind wir schon vorher vorbereitet (es ist eben so auf Sizilien).
    Beschriebene Garten hat sich als eine Gartenabfall - Müll - Deponie erwiesen.
    Mann musste gut aufpassen um nicht in den rumliegenden Hundekot zu treten.
    Nach paar Tagen hat billig - Wasserkocher sein Geist aufgegeben. Einzige Erklärung von dem Vertreter (Wasserkocher haben wir ihm gleich ins Büro, nach San Vito lo Capo gebracht) ist eine Feststellung, dass wir den "kaputt gekocht haben"... Es folgte kein Ersatz!!! Also - Wasser zum Kaffee im Topf kochen!!!
    In der Küche befindet sich keine Kaffeemaschine, 2 mini Espressokocher sind kaputt.
    SatTV ist nur (!!!) mit italienischen Programmen ausgestattet. Umstellen ist strengst verboten.
    Einzige große Freude machte uns die draußen stehende Gartendusche; groß, geräumig mit tollem Meerblick.
    Vor Ort überhaupt keine Informationen über Arzt, Polizei, keine Telefon Nr. Der mürrische Novasol Vertreter ist auch schwer in seinem Büro zu erreichen.
