A renovated holiday home with two floors and a sunny terrace close to downtown Stavanger and close to beach and hiking trails.

The house was completely renovated in 2017. There is a large terrace of 60 m2 facing south and west, where you can enjoy the sun all evening.

Three bedrooms and a cot is available. Balconies connected to two of the bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub with retro design.

Even though you are close to the city, the house is located in a quiet area. The grocer's is located approx. 50 metres from the house and you can go hiking directly from here.

The historic area of Hafrsfjord is a nature gem with the popular Møllebukta, where locales gather on summer days for swimming and play. You can take a bus to the city centre, where there are many options for boat excursions.

Access to freezer and washing machine in the basement, needs to be arranged with owner. There is a permanent tenant in the basement.
