Large town house with private pool in Marratxí, 13 km from Palma de Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
This two-storey house features a private, 8m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 2m and exterior shower. It is fenced and accessible by a few stairs. Lay down on one of the twelve sun loungers and spend a lazy afternoon. Enjoy great al fresco dining on the wide terrace or the porch; maybe a tasty barbecue? The plot is fenced and, as the house is in an urbanization, there are direct neighbors.
Rest on the sofas in the cozy living room and enjoy a quiet afternoon watching a film on the satellite-TV. If you fancy cooking, there's a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, utensils, electric oven and dishwasher. A big dining table invites you to sit down and enjoy meals and talks with friends and family. The laundry comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The first floor features four bedrooms with double bed, terrace access and closet. Besides, there are two bathrooms with bathtub and one shower bath. If you come with your baby, we gladly prepare a cot and a high chair. This house is air-conditioned for the summer and has central heating for the winter season. Families and friends searching relax will enjoy!
Marratxí forms part of the municipality of Palma de Mallorca. In the town center you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars and nearby there's a big shopping center. Explore the beaches of the south like Playa de Palma, Can Pastilla, Can Pere Antoni or, if you prefer natural beaches, go to Es Trenc. Palma de Mallorca is a mix of culture and modern life, visit the Cathedral, the Bellver Castle, art galleries or museums. From Plaça Espanya there's an old train going towards Sóller, passing by the mountains of Mallorca.
