Im gemeinschaftlichen Garten gibt es einen überdachten Sitzbereich mit einem gemauerten Außengrill. This 60m² apartment is on the first floor of the house and is suitable for four to a maximum of five people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and a single bed 90cm wide. The second bedroom has two single beds 90cm wide. The living room-kitchen includes a kitchen unit with a stove, oven, fridge and coffee machine, as well as a TV and a sitting area with a table and four chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a bath.
The apartment is situated in quiet neighborhood of family houses, near the beach, restaurants and shops.
