This spacious villa has an ideal location on the outskirts of a small village, 7 km from Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. The house is very suitable for families with children, mountain bikers, walking and nature lovers and team building trips. In the summer you can enjoy the sun on the terrace and play a game of petanque in the large garden. Pets are allowed for a fee. In Dubuy (7 km), the romantic city along the river Ourthe, there is a pleasant atmosphere. In these hilly surroundings, you can make beautiful walks, go mountain biking or horse riding. Also visit the caves of Hotton (14 km) and Remouchamps (25 km) and the town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. In the winter season, there are skiing and cross-country skiing opportunities in the area. You can also play golf in the region (Barvaux), go kayaking on the Ourthe River and visit charming places such as Heyd and medieval Durbuy.In the relaxation and leisure room you will find a sauna, table tennis table, table football game and fitness room. The children will have a great time in the play corner or outside on the play equipment and the slide.
