Accommodation apartment (70 m2) on the first floor (entrance via outside stairs) of a detached house with walled garden just 500 meters from the beach, Trogir 3500m It has a free parking space in the courtyard of the accommodation free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, cafe bars …

Balcony 18m2 with a table and chairs, hall, bathroom with toilet, shower, towels, sink and hairdryer.The kitchen diner is equipped with two electric hotplates, a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, two bedrooms with double beds with clean bedding and air conditioning. You can also use the (shared) large roof terrace 60 m2 (reachable via outside stairs) so that you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with a glass of Dalmatian quality wine and a beautiful view over the Trogir and the sea.(shared)

The roof terrace (60 m2) that is shared with the guest of our other apartment is equipped with an outdoor kitchen (grill), tables, deck chairs, beach beds, a swing sofa and parasols.If you need a camp bed, cot, high chair, baby bath or maxi cosi, please request this in advance.The washing machine, iron and ironing board are all in separate laundry facilities.In the shaded courtyard of the accommodation is a barbecue, table, deck chairs, garden bench and parasols, that is shared with the guest of our other apartmenThe owner lives on the ground floor and available for your questions. Unique. You can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Trogir, Okrug Gornji and the sea from the sunny roof terrace (60 m2). In this village you can still buy fish from our local fishermen who return from the sea and prepare it on the barbecue in the courtyard of the accommodation or on the roof terrace and enjoy it with a beer or a glass of Dalmatian quality wine.On warm nights you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Trogir, Okrug Gornji and the sea from our roof terrace. In the distance you see the fishing boats floating under a sky full of stars.

Trogir is a real museum city on the Adriatic sea, surrounded by a beautiful nature. The nearby archipelago of picturesque islands and islets invite to visit secluded beaches and bays. In addition to culture, history and nature, you can enjoy numerous outdoor cafes and a vibrant nightlife. In 1997 Trogir was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
