Der Eigentümer wohnt im Erdgeschoss und spricht deutsch, italienisch und englisch.
Das Meer und der Strand sind nur 1 km entfernt. In ca. 500 m, in der Ortsmitte, finden Sie Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zur Stadt Poreč sind es ca. 9km, bis zur Altstadt von Rovinj ca. 4 km.
Gästezimmer für zwei Personen
Ihr Fahrzeug können die Gäste vor dem Haus abstellen.
Das ca. 12m² grosse Zimmer kann zwei Person beherbergen und hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Es ist mit einer Schlafcouch à 195 x 110 cm ausgestattet. W-LAN ist vorhanden.
