Next to it there is the living room with a cosy suite and satellite TV. The bathroom provides a shower, WC, washbasin with cupboard underneath and a mirror, as well as a washing machine. The second spacious apartment of 110m² is on the second floor of the house. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm and 180 x 200cm), the third has two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The kitchen has a modern dining space with revolving chairs and is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The living room next to it has a comfortable suite, satellite TV and a DVD player. The bathroom has a modern shower, WC and washbasin with a cupboard underneath and an illuminated mirror.
In total the house feature four furnished balconies and a 30m2 terrace. You can relax here or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with a great view.
