This terraced house in the green hills of Cagli with beautiful panoramic views of the mountains of Monefeltro is located on the border between the regions of Marche, Umbria, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, about 30 km south of Ubrino. A former 16th century church has been converted into 4 residential units, each with its own entrance and terrace. In one apartment lives the family of the owner. The beautiful art cities of Umbria and the Marches, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Urbino are easily accessible from here. The 50 km long Adriatic coast from Fano to the Conero National Park offers miles of sandy beaches and beautiful nature. For nature lovers there are numerous routes for hiking, horseback riding or mountain biking. The vacation accommodation, reached by a 1.5 km dirt road, is a true oasis of tranquility, surrounded by fields of sunflowers, vineyards and cornfields. The tranquility here is interrupted only by typical country noises. For relaxation, guests have access to a communal swimming pool. Each accommodation unit is furnished in the typical style of the Marche. The ideal place for couples and families who want to enjoy outdoor life in a relaxed atmosphere.
