« The village Roaix is small and quiet with a few restaurants within short driving distance from the house and a small, but very excellent "mini-market" including an artisan baker and a butcher. It would have been perfect if there were a few restaurants within walking distance, but we knew that when we booked.
Vaison-la-Romaine is 10 minutes drive away and has a lot of restaurant choices, we will recommend the restaurants around the Place Montfort, but also La Belle Etoile across the bridge looked wonderful, but we did not manage to go there (if we had not had the kids with us, we certainly would have gone!).
The area in general is a beautiful wine country and Mont Ventoux is close by for a breathtaking drive (or bicycle ride, if you are very brave!). There is also a very nice gulf course within easy driving distance (Golf Orange). »

« Roaix ist winzig, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten reichen aber aus.
Der Wein aus Roaix schmeckt wirklich gut!
Vaison -la-Romain ist nur 4 km entfernt. Da bekommt man alles. »
