23 km south from Savonlinna, Saimaa/Ruuvesi 200 m, hard, gently deepening sanded clay bottom, beach is shared with the neighbour, own boat. By car 300 m to the beach or by foot along a path 200 m.
Log villa built in 2013, combined kitchen-living room, downstairs 3 bedrooms with double bed in each, living room, toilet and walk-in shower (hydromassage shower), utility room, vestibule, electric sauna, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace 15 m².
Upstairs: bed room with double bed, toilet and walk-in shower, balcony 10 ².
Wifi- internet connection WDSL 4/1 Mbit/s, Apple TV and Russian satellite channels, surveillance cameras, two air source heat pumps, induction cooker.
Garage which is not in clients use is 20 meters from the villa. No one uses the garage when the villa is booked. Splendid villa built of massive hand carved pine log located high on the cliff top. Front of the villa there is a big rock pit and natural water is coming from the spring to the pit. Rock, sand, stone dust, garden bark and plantings (e.g. tulip slope and berry bushes) in the yard.
Owner rents out 2,5 hb and 20 hb outboard motors. For children bouncy play place (can be seen in pictures) during the summer months. There is a air pump which clients can use to pump air to the play place.
Extra beds maximum for 5 persons, price to be agreed beforehand case by case basis.

Note! On the way to the cottage there is a ferry trip. By the ferry there is a sign: Ritosaaren lautta. Use of the ferry is free. The ferry operates weekdays from 6.00 to 21.00 and on weekends from 8.00-18.00 as well as the holidays period (eg. Christmas and New Years Eve). At other times only by appointment. The booking of ferry ride on other times must be done from the ferry driver when he is present (booking is free of charge). If ferry ride is not booked beforehand for other times, then there is separate price (price 2015: 10 €).
