A beautifully decorated 1829 Regency rare 5-bedroom property located in Central London.

It comfortably sleeps 10 adults, with 3 living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 stunning bathrooms and a large private garden. The house is extremely well-located; 3 train stations in walking distance, a bus stop right on front of the house with direct easy access to London’s tourist sites: London Bridge, London Eye, West End and the City. Plenty of supermarkets, pubs & restaurants within walking distance. Ideal for families, students and professionals.



The property is arranged over 3 floors with a large mature private garden at the back.

2 separate kitchens come fully equipped with all appliances including oven, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler and toaster. Utility area provides a washer dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

2 bathrooms come fully equipped with basic toiletries, hairdryer and towels. Cleaning products available for use. Outdoor furniture in garden under stylish parasol makes for alfresco dining while enjoying the day sun.

The property is a traditional London double-fronted house built in 1829 Regency period and has many original character features lovingly restored including the exposed wooden floors, the cornice and plasterwork, grand staircase and shutters.



The property is located on a busy residential main road with multiple pubs, restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep accessed within minutes.  Free parking is included on the front drive however there is a high curb so please bear this in mind when driving over the curb.


The house is very centrally located in London, it is a 10 drive to many of London’s famous landmarks. 

For public transport, it is a short walk from New Cross Gate, Queens Road and South Bermondsey train stations (Overground lines) with fast and easy access to London’s iconic tourist sites. There is also a public bus stop right outside the house (less than 1min walk) that will cost only £1.65 per adult and take you direct to: 

- London Bridge in 16mins (access to Tower Bridge, Borough Market, Shard, Tower of London)

- Bank and the City in 20mins (access to London Wall, Bank, Shoreditch) 

- Waterloo & Southbank in 22mins (access to London Eye, Aquarium)

- Westminster in 24mins (access to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey)

- Famous London West End in 28mins (access to Regent Street, Leicester Square, Piccadilly, Oxford Street).
