32 km to the southwest from Joensuu, pond Reilampi 200 m (0.711 km²), shallow clay bottom, own beach, and boat. No access to swimming from the beach. Holiday apartment built in 2011. On the ground floor, there is a living room/kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition to the fireplace on the living room side, there is a baking oven on the kitchen side. On the ground floor, there are also 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed (lower bed width is 120 cm). On the ground floor, there is also a laundry room, electric sauna, washroom, dressing room, and 2 separate WCs.
On the upper floor, there is a living area with TV that can be used for games and 2 spacious bedrooms. The first has 120 cm wide bed. The second bedroom has one bed and is furnished as a children's room with many toys. There is a separate WC on the upper floor as well.
The evening sun shines on the beachside terrace. Exclusive, well-equipped, and decorated spacious holiday apartment. It is especially suitable for families with children, as there are plenty of toys, games, and books for children. The TV on the upper floor is reserved for gaming only, and there is a PlayStation 4 console with three games. For nostalgic music lovers, there is a vinyl record player. The apartment also has a fast 100 M fiber optic connection.
The large yard has plenty of room for children to play and move. There is also a swing and a playhouse.
It is possible to go to Joensuu by boat.
The snowmobile route runs on the ice of the lake near the holiday home.
Approx. 5 km distance to the public swimming beach in Roukalahti and the beach located in Liperi municipality center.

The outdoor activity center of Pärnävaara, 22 km away, offers versatile outdoor activities. There are numerous ski trails, hiking and biking trails, and downhill biking trails. Kontiolahti biathlon stadium is 48 km away. In addition to the frozen first-snow ski trail and biathlon, there are other activities.
