Modern in design, unpretentious in attitude KS Luxury Villa offer a relaxed retreat with great views to the olive groves and the high pics of the White Mountains.
Attentive service, sun terraces for each Villa that are perfect platforms for sunbathing.
KS Luxury Villa offers guests the opportunity to truly immerse themselves in the Cretan experience. Within easy reach from the island’s famous Kournas Lake and the popular town of Georgioupolis our villa combine a contemporary, modern style with supreme comfort.
Built in 2022 our villa offer guests an exclusive, relaxing experience all within the idyllic setting of Greece’s most hospitable island. Our philosophy is simple: to offer first-rate hospitality coupled with unrivalled privacy.
The Villa is fully equipped, offering our quests the required convenience in order to enjoy unforgettable relaxing vacations throughout spring, summer and autumn.

● A large living-dining room with sofa double bed (can accommodate two guests) with direct access to the terrace and the pool area.
● Kitchen with an oven, a fridge, dishwasher, Microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, tea facilities, a juicer, a toaster, a dish set and dining area.
● A WC.
Upper Floor
● A bedroom with a queen-size double bed, smart TV set smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fun and private bathroom with shower.
● A second bedroom with two single beds pushed together smart TV set, mini fridge, ceiling fun and private bathroom with shower.
● Smart large TV at the living room.
● Air-conditioning in all areas.
● Free WiFi internet access.
● Outdoor dining set (table with chairs).

Kavros is a tourist area on the National Road Chania-Rethymnon, approximately 41 km east of Chania and 19 km west of Rethymno, only just 3 km from Georgioupolis. Although it is close to Rethymno, the area is considered to belong in the prefecture of Chania. An amazing area with a wide variety of hotels covering your every need, one next to the other, with the 10km long beach stretching from Georgioupolis beach and ending to the east up to Episkopi, is the ideal destination to consider when travelling abroad.
The beach is perfectly organized, but is exposed to the north winds so have that in mind and be careful when you swim and its quite windy. Apart from that we are talking about an amazing beach that will make you absolutely adore the area of Kavros. This is the ideal holiday destination for families that wish to spend quality time together far and away from all the busy winter times and discover their more natural self. The thing is that here it would be difficult for you not to adore this beach! Besides Kavros is a seaside resort that is in general a quieter place than Georgioupolis and is situated in the heart of the astonishing Kavros.
A second choice close by is the Kournas Lake:
Kournas Lake is the ideal place for an afternoon walk or a daytrip nearby. Many people like to have an afternoon picnic there. The landscape is lovely and relaxing, whether you want to go for a walk in the countryside, swim or ride a pedalo on the lake.
There are two springs on the southeast bank, one of which, the Mati or Amati (“eye”) as the locals call it, is visible in late summer. The lake is fed by streams from the nearby mountains and hills, whose underground courses are interrupted by the local bedrock on the way to the sea.
