The house is situated in a quiet area 2 km from the beach and town center.3 km from the water park ISTRALANDIA. There is a good restaurant only 400 m from the house, and a good Winery too.
Beautiful holiday home with salt water swimming pool. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, open space ground floor, nice terrace with dinning table.
On the ground floor there is one bathroom, open space with kitchen, dinning and living room in about 60 m2. On the first floor there is one bedroom with bathroom and a small balcony, and two more rooms with a bigger balcony with a partial sea view.
Outside you can find a beautiful terrace, swimming pool and barbeque. The swimmingpool is 32m2 with salt water. There is a place for 2 cars. Near the house is a small Chapel.
In the night from the garden and from the balcony you have an amazing view to the sky and the stars.
Novigrad center is 2km from the house, the beach as well. Poreč and Umag are 15 km away, everything you need is very close.
