Artist holiday home is on three levels: the living area on the ground floor, the sleeping area on the first floor and a comfortable rumpus room in the basement. It comprises on the ground floor entrance into the outdoor area useful for parking the car, air-conditioned living area with sofas and TV, bathroom with shower, hallway, well-equipped kitchen with appliances such as fridge, oven, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher and to a further external space that can act as a second entrance and which can also be accessed from the street. In the basement, which is accessed from the hallway leading to the kitchen, via a comfortable staircase, there is a large living area with a table for dining and a comfortable sofa. On the first floor which is accessed from the living area there are two bedrooms, one double with a veranda and glassed-in balcony and a double bedroom with balcony, complete bathroom with shower. From the master bedroom you have access to the staircase leading to the terrace with laundry room equipped with washing machine and sink.
