Beautiful Apartment in Silver Sands with Garden, Queen Sofa-Bed

SEA-VIEW APARTMENT is located at the ground floor with a wonderful sea-view which gave the specific name to the apartment. There is a wonderful ocean-front garden with lawn, harm chairs, sun bed, hammock and a cover patio with table and chairs from where it’s possible to admire the ocean, to have unforgettable breakfast, lunches or dinners open air, from where you can even admire the sea-turtles and sometimes the whales too! It is exposed to the South/South-East and it gets pleasure from a constant breeze. Nearly every day you can admire the small and fast humming-bird which sucks the nectar’ flowers of the surrounding garden. The apartment is constituted by a living area with fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, cups, a big fridge with freezer, microwave, electric stove with oven, and toaster. There is a double queen sofa-bed which can be used also for 2 more people. The comfortable Bamboo bed-room has 2 single beds which can be prepared togheter as a king size bed (with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a 3rd person in the bedroom or in the living/kitchen area), bed side tables, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, safe, window with security bars and mosquito screen and an independent split for the Air Conditioned (supplement requested per night). It’s also available free of charge a fast Internet connection with Optic Fiber with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable, wireless connection (Wi-Fi), water, light, bed linens (change every week), bath towels (change every 3-4 days), snorkeling gear and boogie boards. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower with few hoses and next the property a big parking area. We offer our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment for rentals such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and also car rental at special prices. The bathroom very recently renewed has hair dryer, toilette, wash basin and shower. A 32″ flat screen TV with more than 90 international channels. All shutters are with mosquito screen, security bars and curtains; 110/220 volt plugs (American, Canadian, English, Italian, German and French sockets) and electric iron available. There are two ceiling fans (one in the bedroom and another one in the living-kitchen area), electric iron, books, an information guide/book of the place and Barbados island with excursion leaflets, brochures and maps. On request a baby-cot/crib up to 5 years including bed linen, pillow and protections is available with a small supplement. Free High Speed Wi-Fi internet connection available. (For 1-5 people maximum).

In the garden there is an outdoor shower with few hoses and next the property a big parking area. We offer our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment for rentals such as Surf, Windsurf, Kite and also car rental.
We are just in front of the Ocean, (70 meters); the Rescue Beach is 180 meters far from us, Silver Sands Beach is 210 meters far, while Silver Rock Beach is 520 meters far. We are also 90 meters far from Surfer's Bay which is Bar and Restaurant. We have the nearest bus stop at few minutes by walk from the Cottage and a 24/24 taxi service. There are also 2 small groceries close to the bus stop few minutes by walk. The Airport is just 15 minutes by car (3 km.) Below you can find all our contact details and our official web-site.

We are 2.6 Km./5 minutes far by car from Oistins, where you can find the famous Fish Market, the biggest super market, shops, bank, gas stations etc., and 15 minutes by car from San Lawrence Gap.

    « Although the location is excellent, the facility lacks modern amenities, especially air conditioning, which is necessary due to temperature and high humidity. Positiv: The location is excellent though the noise levels increase on the weekends. Negativ: No modern amenities. »

    we cannot understand how can you write that the apartment has no modern amenities. It has a new elegant bathroom with mosaics all around, a big mirror and a small one for the face, a sink, a toilette and a big shower.
    The bedroom made in hard wood and bamboo has 2 single beds which can be prepared as a big king size bed with new confortable mattress and 4 pillows, a double glass window with security bars, mosquito screens and dimming curtains, safe, 2 big wardrobes, independent air conditioning unit and ceiling fan with light and 3 different speeds, new fully equipped kitchen with double sink, hard wood cabinets, big fridge with freezer, 4 burner gas stove with big oven, toaster, blender, american coffee maker and italian coffee machine, 2 windows with shutters, mosquito screens, security bars and curtains, table with chairs, double sofa, 32" flat tv with more than 80 international channels, ceiling fans and portable fan, fire extinguisher and smoke detector, a covered patio with another table with chairs and 2 harmchairs, the garden with 2 sun beds, nice lawn, palms and hammock.... etc... What would you expect more of a one bedroom apartment for your holiday?
    Anyway it was a pleasure to host and know you, but despite we live in the same property and we always asked you if you needed something... you always replied us that all was good and great! All the best,
