In the courtyard, you can find ancient carob trees, pomegranate and fresh passionfruit in its season. A Jacaranda tree offers shade on the large terrace for remote working or cosy brunches. Inside the house, you will find large rooms with plenty of storage, high ceilings and thick walls. Ceiling fans keep the temperature cool while air conditioning is being worked on. The bathrooms are bright and practical for grooming storage and makeup. Solar power provides hot water, and an electric booster can be switched on during cloudy days. The bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets. On the rooftop, you can enjoy the balmy evenings and the beautiful views while having snacks and drinks. The kitchen is large, practical and fully fitted to prepare wonderful meals for many people. You will find two fridges, a freezer and a pantry to store your ingredients for cooking.
