We offer a comfortable apartment in a new building near Poznyaki metro station. To the metro - 3 minute or 206 meters :) The apartment is located on 6 floor of a brick house surrendered in 2010 year. 4 lifts, 24 hour security, video surveillance, fire alarm systems, parking. Landscaped area with children's and sports playgrounds. Within walking distance (from 3 to 5 minutes) there are several large supermarkets (Metro, Billa, Pyramida, Parallel, Alladin, Epicenter). Excellent transport interchange, highway to Boryspil airport. The apartment is after a major renovation. Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen are equipped with modern furniture. There are all the appliances in the kitchen. Two bathrooms. Welcome!

Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
