This delightful Cottage is conveniently situated close to the largest Thermal-Spa complex in Slovenia, boasting an array of swimming pools and thrilling water slides. Surrounded by a tranquil and serene environment, the Cottage is also in close proximity to a beautiful golf course that surrounds the historic castle of Mokrice.

For those who love to explore, the Cottage is located just three kilometers from the highway, providing easy access to all the well-known tourist destinations in Slovenia, Italy, and Croatia. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this charming Cottage is the perfect place to stay and experience the best that Slovenia has to offer.

The charming Studio with Terrace is a spacious ground-floor apartment that boasts immediate access to a beautifully tended garden and meadows via its own terrace.

With a total size of approximately 41 m2, the Studio comprises a larger common area that features two single beds, two comfortable sofa beds, a SMART TV with NETFLIX, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining area, and more.

Additionally, the Studio includes an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate room where the wardrobe is stored and where there is a washing machine and dryer, providing everything you need for a longer vacation.

The Studio is equipped with bed linen, blankets, sheets, and towels, and ready-made beds are waiting for you upon arrival. Simply inform us of the exact number of guests and we'll take care of the rest.

The Studio is air-conditioned and heated by electric convection radiators, making it suitable for all days of the year. Drinking water flows from the tap, and there is enough sanitary hot water for all guests.

Access to high-speed wireless internet is free and unlimited both in and near the Cottage, ensuring you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Please note that our cottage is easily accessible from two motorway exits, EXIT32 (Čatež ob Savi) and EXIT33 (Jesenice na Dolenjskem). If you are traveling during peak tourist season from the direction of Ljubljana-Zagreb, we recommend using EXIT32 and continuing along the regional road, which runs parallel to the highway. To use the motorways in Slovenia, you must have a valid vignette, which can be purchased on the website evinjeta.dars.si/selfcare/sl . After registering, you can add the vignette to your basket, and the validity of any existing vignettes will also be displayed. Vignettes can also be purchased at any petrol station in Slovenia.

If you are traveling from Croatia in the direction of Zagreb-Ljubljana, you can use the small EX. international border crossing at Bregana naselje/Slovenska vas. From there, continue 4 kilometers along the regional road to Ribnica village, where the road sign will direct you to our cottage.

For those interested in cycling, bicycles are available for rent in the nearby town of Brežice. However, please note that the area is hilly, so it is recommended to be in good cycling condition or rent an electric bicycle.
