Mamma Federica is a one of a kind property, located inside the Naturalistic reserve of Platani. It boasts an enchanting view of the African sea, as is Mediterranean called on this side of Sicilia. The golden beach, just 600 meters away from the house, is awarded repeatedly with the Blue Flag: A Paradise that you will never forget.
The exterior is the highlight of the property, with many corners where you can enjoy your Sicilian vacation. A balcony overlooking the sea!
The house, in a typical Mediterranean style, spreads on two levels. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed, and a dining room. On the loft, there is a twin bedroom. The interior is new, bright, refined. The house is provided with all the main features for a holiday home as the A.C, a good Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine.Note: the electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost.
