Each of the bedrooms offers its own bathroom with shower and WC. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third is on the first floor.In addition to 3 bathrooms, for the convenience of guests there is a WC with a sink on the ground floor. The spacious and cozy living room is divided into a relaxation area, a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen area is perfectly equipped with everything you need: here you will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and other kitchen utensils. The villa is located about a kilometer from the center of the cute village of Spartia. The same distance separates it from the nearest beach of Klimatsias. Near the beach there is an excellent restaurant Panas, where you can enjoy an early breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach is sheltered from the wind, shallow near the shore, with soft sand and clear water. It will surely delight families with small children. Here you can also dive from the cliffs, snorkel, explore the underwater caves and grottos.
