Whole House in Pollença with Large Terrace and Spectacular Views
Super location in the centre, one of the best places in Pollensa, just a quiet little street next to the steps of Calvary and just 100 meters from the Plaza Mayor.
The house is divided into 3 levels, on the ground floor there is a wide and beautiful entrance, a dining area for 6 people, a lounge with satellite TV and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Both the kitchen and dining room have access to a large terrace with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating; on this terrace there is a large bathroom with bath, and a laundry area with washing machine.On the first floor, there are the bedrooms, 2 of them double overlooking the street and the third with a double bed and spacious overlooking the town of Pollensa and the Puig de Maria; There is also a bathroom with shower tubs.On the second floor there is a spacious study room equipped with a sofa bed, suitable for a child. From here there is access to a second terrace, very large and sunny with spectacular views and very private equipped with sunbeds. The whole house has central heating, air conditioning and wifi.
The house has two beautiful terraces, the first located on the ground floor equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, also has a charcoal barbecue.The second it located on the second and top floor, equipped with deck chairs to enjoy the sun and the tranquillity and superb views.
The house is located in an elevated area of the village, access by the street is steep and narrow, so we recommend parking your car in a parking nearby, as the house does not have it and at the same Street cannot park.
