A new house is currently under construction in the garden next to the flats. The owners have informed us that from 19 May 2024 the work will be stopped.

Bright three-room apartment located on the first floor and composed by living room with kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, table with chairs, coffee machine, toaster, stove. Double-bed sofa, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, air conditioning/heating (only in the living room). Big bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, safe. Bedroom with two single beds (they can be positioned next to each other), small wardrobe, bathroom with shower box, bidet and mirror. Access through the stairs to the big garden furnished with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. We suggest this apartment to families with children or friend groups looking for a place near to the lake, in a quiet position with all the comforts of an holiday village.
The total price consists in:
