Villa Family is a charming and stylish holiday villa situated in a peaceful and quiet area in Kaštel Štafilić, conveniently situated just 8 km from the UNESCO protected town Trogir and 22 km from the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split.
This beautiful and modernly furnished house is located just 600 m from the sea and the nearest beach, which makes it an ideal choice for a nice and relaxing summer holiday with your family. Nearest restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance, while Split airport is just 3 km away.
One of the highlights of this magnificent holiday home is the outdoor area with a beautiful and lush secluded garden with outdoor furniture which provides enough privacy for spending quality time with your friends and family in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Indoor staircase leads to the first floor designed as a lounge area with spacious living room, dining area with large dining table and chairs for 8 persons, well equipped and modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden view balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast in the morning or sipping a glass of wine in the evening.
