This modern and stylish 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the resort of Protaras. As you enter, you are greeted by the large stylish lounge which features a fireplace and comfortable seating area surrounded by large patio doors leading outside to the decked seating area. This leads round into a modern dining and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay including a breakfast bar with seating for 8 persons. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish making it feel like 'home from home.'
There is a fully tiled shower room with WC and the long hallway leads to the first of four bedrooms which has a bunk bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third has a double bed and the 4th is the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower and WC, a walk in closet and a double bed. All the bedrooms offer lovely garden and countryside views.
A satellite TV, and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.
This central resort location is an excellent place to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes walk.
