Quiet environment, residential area, owner lives next door.
The house was built in 1988 on the edge of an orange tree field. It is 185 sq.m and consists of 3 levels. The 1st level comprises of a bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen, and a WC with shower. The living room occupies the second level, also featuring a fireplace and a wardrobe. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an office with two beds and a desk with a computer. It is suitable for holidays. It is a 4-minute drive from the beach or a 20-minute walk. The house consists of a 5 acres land with a three level 185sq.m. house built on the edge. Surrounded by trees and green and farms around the house you will never be disturbed. You can access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish.
- The tap water is not drinkable and it can't be used in cooking, but only for laundry. So you will have to get bottled water from the supermarket.
- Me and my wife Titsa, might be staying in the house's basement, which however has a separate entrance. You will only see us when need to take care of the garden, which we always try to do when you are away, or if you want to talk to us.
- You will have the exclusive use of the swimming pool, which is fenced and locked for safety reasons. You will get the keys by your arrival, in order to have absolute control in the use of the pool.
- According to the Greek law, by your arrival you must give us your passport number and the full address of your residence in your country.
- Parties are not allowed.
There is a private fenced pool 4,5 x 9 x 1,40 m. for exclusive use by guests and a barbeque.
Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed and a high chair for small children in the holiday home.
The beach is about 1300 metres away. The town centre with its supermarkets is approximately 700 metres away.
