This beautiful and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. As you walk in to the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which lead you to the garden and pool area.
There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two bunk beds.
