The villa is perfect for a wonderfully relaxing holiday in the northern Cypriot sun. It is located just a few footsteps from the warm, clear waters of the Mediterranean, making it one of the most prestigious and alluring properties in Cyprus.

It offers everything you could need for the perfect home away from home. Within a tranquil setting, the large infinity pool overlooks the dreamy sea, with a large terrace, ideal for socialising with friends, family or just relaxing in the sunshine. As day turns to night time, you can enjoy sunsets bursting with colours, followed by a sky full of gleaming stars as you dine al fresco with the barbeque or relax in the luxurious lounge and dining area. Set in a secure gated area, the seven bedroom villa is designed, furnished and equipped to the highest standards for a truly memorable and relaxing holiday. As well as the stunning terrace and infinity pool, there are seven wonderful en-suite bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that is ideal for socialising with friends and family.
Each room is fully equipped with top-of-the-range furniture, appliances and accessories, so there is absolutely everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The luxurious open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area forms the heart of the house for relaxing and social occasions. It is spacious enough to spread out and enjoy the facilities as it opens up onto the pool area with its incredible views, but cosy enough to come together to watch a DVD or share an intimate evening. The living room is equipped with the latest technology, including a surround sound system, 65” TV with DVD player and Apple TV, and a fireplace if you would like a cosy evening. The villa has air conditioning and under-floor central heating, so whatever time of year you can set it to whatever temperature suits you. The fully equipped kitchen features appliances like an espresso maker, large fridge with fresh water and an icemaker and a dishwasher. There is also a spacious storage room for appliances like the washing machine and dryer. The dining area is perfect for social occasions. The long wooden table stretches out with space and chairs for 14 people and views out across the Mediterranean.
Upstairs you will find four of the property’s luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en suite facilities. Bedroom 1 is a massive 80m2and also boasts a private balcony of 60m2with views of the sea. It features a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe area, a 50” TV and an en-suite with bath, shower and double sink. Bedroom 2 is a double room with a shared balcony that overlooks the sea and pool area. With a comfortable double bed, the room has an en suite shower and toilet, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the warm Mediterranean evenings. Bedroom 3 is another room with a shared balcony that looks out to sea views. It features a double bed, an en suite shower room, as well as air conditioning, central heating and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 features a queen size bed and a luxurious walk-in wardrobe area and an en suite with both bath and shower facilities. From the balcony you can enjoy views of the sea, forest and the pool area.
Downstairs you will find three further bedrooms, each leading out onto the terrace and the pool area. This area also has an additional guest WC and a cloak room for extra convenience. Bedroom 5 is sometimes used as a study for smaller parties, but features a sofa bed and its own en suite shower and toilet. Bedroom 6 is a double room with en suite shower facilities. Like all the bedrooms it offers air conditioning and central heating to ensure a comfortable temperature at all times. Bedroom 7 offers a large queen size bed and the added luxury of a walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower facilities.

Outside you can really appreciate its wonderful location right on the sea front of the Mediterranean. This area of North Cyprus is one of unspoilt beauty and boasts one of the most attractive climates for visitors in Europe. Guests have exclusive use of the infinity pool, which blends in seamlessly to the magnificent sea views. There is also a safe children’s pool area and a table tennis table, making the villa perfect for a family holiday in North Cyprus. Around the pool you will find a seating area and several loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun as you unwind in the serene, peaceful surroundings. For al fresco dining and entertaining, it is perfect. Not only is there a huge dining table with enough chairs for 14 people, but there is also a barbeque area and bar including a surround sound system.

Upstairs, there is also the added benefit of a sauna for guests to share, and spectacular views out over the sea. The sauna area is an added luxury. It is big enough for 4 people to enjoy comfortably, with a sleek changing area.
On site there is free parking for guests, and access to Wi-Fi throughout the property. There are 2 bikes available for guests to use free of charge and baby equipment such as cots and high chairs, making the villa perfect for a family holiday in North Cyprus.
The dedicated housekeeper will be available to help you during your stay at Villa Adam. There is a daily 4 hours housekeeping services included in the price, with pool and garden maintenance all taken care of, towels will be changed every 3 days and bed linen will be changed once a week, plus the option of extra help with things like shopping or cooking for an additional charge.
