Whole Apartment in Toscolano Maderno with Nice Terrace and Lake View
COMING BY CAR NECESSARY. Fasano is located about half way along the western coast of the Lake Garda, in an ideal position to reach many other towns and villages around the lake such as, Peschiera, Sirmione, Toscolana, Desenzano, Limone, Salo' etc. Along the coast of the lake, only a few minutes drive away from the residence you will be able to find many things to do and beautiful places to see.
Guest have access to the whole apartment and the private terrace with the BBQ. Use of the swimming pool is shared with the other units of the residence. shared unloading area inside the residence + free street parking in the area.

Ample spaces (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen/living room + private terrace with BBQ). FREE PARKING. This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located inside a quiet residence of about 25 units on the hills directly above Fasano. Its main peculiarity is that it has a fantastic view of the Lake Garda! At the entrance of the apartment there is a very nice terrace with a table and a BBQ... and most of all a FANTASTIC LAKE VIEW. This are is ideal to sit outside enjoy and relax. Through a double glass door we enter the house in the living area. There is a sofa bed, TV and an open kitchen which is fully equipped with dishes, pans, silverware etc. On the opposite side also there is a glass door that gives on a small paved courtyard. A few steps take us to the top floor which is an ample open space with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious bathroom. Also of this level there is a balcony, also with a wonderful lake view. The lover level is partially in-ground (there are windows on the upper side of the walls) and it has a second spacious living room with a fire-stove, two single beds, a second bathroom and a washing area. There is an assigned parking spot inside the fenced property of the residence + free parking spaces on the street below the residence.
