Fully enclosed luxury holiday villa for up to eight people with a private swimming pool


This beautiful designer villa is located in the Istrian countryside, approximately 30 km from the colourful town of Rovinj. The villa is part of a complex of luxurious villas set in a peaceful area.

The indoor area is about 145 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms:
A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed, a games console Nitendo Wii. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffe maschine and a dining area.

In the outdoor area there is a 24m² private pool, six sun loungers, a barbecue and a private parking area.

The seaside can be reached in a 15-minute drive, while restaurants serving local specialties can be found just 2 km away, while the nearest grocery store can also be reached in 2 km.

The small and colourful Istrian town of Baraban can be reached in 5 km. Guests can enjoy horseback riding 10 km from the property. Cycling along numerous Istrian bicycle trails can also be organised upon request.

The town of Pula is 30 km away and features a Bus and a Railway Station. Pula Airport can be found 20 km away.

    « Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und bietet genug Platz für 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. An Küchengeräten (Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) sowie Möbeln, Handtüchern, Babybett, Babystuhl etc. war alles vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch sehr gepflegt.
    Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei und sind auch sehr leise, was ein schlafen nachts auch mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage sehr angenehm gestaltet.
    Die Betten sind etwas klein geraten (140cm) und auch die Ablageflächen für Wäsche und persönliche Gegenstände sind etwas wenig.

    Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Umgang mit dem Verwalter sehr freundlich, offen und entspannt war. Bereits vor Ankunft wurde uns zugesagt bereits ab 12 Uhr einzuchecken. Auf Nachfrage wurde auch sofort ein Babybett und ein Babystuhl vorbei gebracht.

    Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Allerdings ist das Grundstück doch etwas "klein" geraten, da die Wiese um das Haus herum stark abfällt, was somit ein Fußball spielen oder ähnlich nicht möglich macht.
    Schade war auch, dass der Grill um die Ecke des Hauses gebaut wurde. So musste der Griller immer abseits der anderen Leute stehen.

    Einziges großes Manko waren die Fliegen, welche von Anfang an in Unmengen in der Küche und auf der Terrasse waren. (Deutlich über 35 Fliegen gezählt in der Küche)

    Sowohl tagsüber als auch Abends war es immer sehr ruhig und man hat die Nachbarn kaum bis gar nicht gehört (was definitiv auch an den Nachbarn lag).

    Preislich ist das Haus allerdings sehr hoch angesiedelt, wenn man bedenkt, was man sonst so für über 2000€ pro Woche in Istrien an Ferienhäusern bekommt, welche dann sogar näher am Meer bzw. an größeren Orten/ Städten sind.
