The added bonus of one of the best private pools of Mallorca (with separate jacuzzi section) surrounded by manicured gardens, will turn this villa into a superb holiday home for a special holiday.
Inside, Villa Tiay will impress for its size, airy feeling, large panoramic windows and stylish furniture. Fully air-conditioned, the villa is set over 2 floors. There will be plenty of space for up to 6 people to live an unforgettable holiday both inside and outside, staying together when desired and having unbeatable privacy when required. The interiors have been finished using top quality materials such as marble and stone to emphathize the feeling of luxury and comfort. Thanks to the big windows, providing panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, the whole property is full of natural light: it will be like spending a holiday in a postcard, while enjoying a drink comfortably sitting on the sofa! On the ground floor there is an impressive entrance hall, a fully equipped purposedly-built kitchen (4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, patio doors opening to the outside) with adjoining dining area, a superb lounge (sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, patio doors opening to the outside) a WC and a welcoming double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower. The upper floor houses the master suite: a huge bedroom with wooden flooring opening straight to a private terrace (the bedroom has its own bathroom with both bathtub and shower).
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens with lawn, shrubs, flowers, sunbathing terraces and dining areas with barbecue. It will be the perfect place to enjoy the mild Mallorcan weather all summer long, while admiring the beauty of the nature around. The private swimming pool (irregular shape) is set at the front of the villa to enjoy long hours of sun and breathtaking views. It has a large, separate, hydromassage area. The two separate sections measure respectively 5m x 9m and 3m x 6m, while depth is between 1m and 1.8m. Sunbeds and shades are provided for the guests to enjoy.
