This modern 2 bedroom first floor apartment is located in the heart of Ayia Napa. The beach and resort centre with an abundance of restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a 2 minute walk away. The apartment is the perfect choice if you want to be close to all the amenities of the resort, without the need for transport.

Outside, you can make full use of the communal pool. There is also the option of breakfast or a meal (not included in the price – arranged on site) where you can dine at the well-established Napa Star.

The apartment is spacious and features 2 bedrooms, one with double and one with single beds, sleeping 4 people in total. There is also a family bathroom with bath and an en-suite shower room.
Inside, the apartment is well furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay including free WIFI and satellite TV. The open plan living area and dining areas seat 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including fridge-freezer and a washing machine. A veranda leads off the living area and the bedrooms with tables and chairs for outside dining.

The famous Nissi Beach is just a 5 minute drive from the resort area and during the busy summer months hosts many beach parties and events with international DJ’s flying in to make sure your holiday is one to remember.

A day at the award winning Waterworld Waterpark is a must for all visitors to the area, offering a day of fun for all ages. The popular Paliatso luna park is also a great way to spend an afternoon or evening and has a number of exhilarating rides including the adrenaline-boosting Slingshot and 150 ft Bunjee Jump. For those who prefer something more relaxing, go-karting, fairground rides and a big wheel are also available.

The Ayia Napa harbor offers many boat trips where the scenic coastline of Ayia Napa, Protaras and the ghost-town of Famagusta can be viewed. Take a dive into the cool clear waters of the famous Cape Greco area or spend the afternoon cliff-jumping if you dare.
