The sea is 70m distanced from the house. Beaches nearby are mostly stoned. 300m from the house is a beach with natural shade made of pine trees, and 1 km from the house is a nice beach with sand in the sea and a beautiful beach bar on the cost. Near the house is a small grocery store, playground for kids, few restaurants, beach bar and interesting Adventure Park. Only 6 km from Kožino is a city Nin, the oldest city in Croatia and Zaton Holiday Resort- town with beautiful sandy beaches. Kožino is 10 km away from Zadar, city full of historical and cultural heritage, modern atractions and night life.

The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the sea. It has five one-bedrooms apartments and one two-bedrooms apartment. All apartments are new decorated and high-quality equipped. This place is ideal for large groups or families with kids. On the ground floor are one-bedrooms apartments, where each can accommodate 4 persons. Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed for two persons and sofa bed for two extra persons in the living room. On the first floor is apartment with two bedrooms and large balcony with sea view. Apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi Internet connection, SAT/TV and air-condition. Each unit have private entrance and private terrace.

In front of the house is shared garden with large dining table, grill, outdoor shower, playground for kids and covered parking. Guests can choose between enjoying time hanging out in a shared garden, or in a privacy of their own apartment.

Apartments are placed in Kožino, small vilage near Zadar, city full of cultural and historical heritage.
Kožino is quiet and peacefull place. It takes only 10 minutes driving to Zadar by car or bus.
Beaches in Kožino are mostly stoned and natural, there is beautiful beach with pine forest and little sand only 300 meters from the apartments. Cozy and new apartment Niko 4 can accommodate 4 persons in one bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed. There is kitchen with all utensils, bathroom with shower and balcony with sea view. Guests have access to free parking, large garden, BBQ in the garden and playground for kids.

From Kožino is easy to reach most beautiful Croatian National Parks as Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls and Mountain Paklenica. There are few good restaurants and small grocery store 500 metres from the apartment. Big grocery store is about 4 kilometres from the Kožino. Shopping centre is about 8 kilometres from the Kožino, as well as Old Town Zadar, about 8 kilometres away. Beaches are mostly stoned and natural. In Kožino is possible to rent a boat, and there is Adventure park, interesting for children . From Kožino and Zadar it is easy to visit most beautiful National Parks in Croatia like Plitvice lakes, Konraniti Islands, Krka Waterfalls and Mountain Paklenica. It can be reach in just one or two hours driving.
